Tractor Brewing Company is thrilled to announce that they have signed a lease with Daskalos Development and Investments in the Four Hills Village development at Central and Tramway in Albuquerque, NM. The new spot will feature a large patio and 24 craft beer & cider selections. Other tenants in the complex include Sprouts Farmers Market and Icon Cinema.
“This is an amazing opportunity to open a neighborhood public house. A spot for locals, just like we did in Nob Hill in 2011,” said David Hargis, co-owner and brew master of Tractor Brewing Company. “We are seeing a trend toward people visiting locations close to home. It is a very responsible practice and we want to encourage it. A tap room in Four Hills is a step in that direction.”
The new location will join the Nob Hill Tap Room and the Wells Park Brewery to make three total locations in the city of Albuquerque for the brewery. The focus will be on a relaxed atmosphere where people can enjoy a beer and take home growlers and cans.
Four Hills Village is a 171,500 sq. ft. development with 31 units at Central and Tramway. The property was purchased and revitalized by Daskalos Development and Investments several years ago.
