We have a food menu available for purchase in the taproom.  You are also more than welcome to bring your own food, get take-out delivered from a great neighborhood restaurant or patronize one of the many local food trucks.

    It’s all about the balance with this brilliant golden IPA.

    Pours with a frothy white head that is accompanied by a pleasant hop aroma which has hints of pine and fresh lemon.

    An excellent blend of northwestern hops and a touch of biscuit malt give Almanac IPA a refined bitter finish which is dry, refreshing, and very easy to drink.

    The result when Belgian yeast meets American hopping methods is the Belgo American Pale Ale. Rich English Malt (Maris Otter) supports a full spicy hop flavor in a refreshing balance rarely experienced. The subtle citrus and zesty notes from the yeast pair well with the always memorable Cascade hop bitterness. An upbeat version of a classic American style that is the perfect compliment this Autumn.

    We start with the juice from the same apples we use for our Hard Apple Cider and add a hundred pounds of fresh berries. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries in this favorite cider and a tart berry flavor that is refreshing and crisp. Our berry cider usually packs a punch at 7.0 ABV, but is deceivingly light in body and taste.

    We serve it in a 12 oz goblet so you can appreciate the fresh berry and apple aroma and the beautiful color. Perfect on a summer day and a great alternative to our fantastic beer varieties.

  • Cascara Cider
    Cascara Cider
    ABV: 7.2

    Cascara, which means “husk”, “peel” or “skin” in Spanish, is the dried skins of coffee cherries. These pulped skins are collected after the seeds (aka, coffee beans) have been removed from the cherries. In this form the cherries have a spicy tobacco character.
    Our friends at Villa Myriam Coffee brought us a 50 lb bag of cascara and asked if we would be able to use it to make a beer or cider – why not? We decided to throw the cascara in a fermenting batch of dry cider and see what happened. After fermentation the cider aged on the cascara for two weeks before being kegged. The final product is a very dry cider with notes of black pepper, tobacco and a hint of spicy pepper which should pair very well with a sweet cheese or even compliment a spicy entrée like Pad Thai or Coconut Curry.

    Dark chocolate color and a crisp light tan head compliment the malty, vanilla chocolate aroma that you will notice immediately. The beginning notes of vanilla transition to chocolate cocoa notes & a roasted malty finish. This stout is brewed with a variety of dark malts and lactose sugar which is added at the end of the brewing process. Whole cocoa nibs are added to the fermenter at the end of fermentation & the beer is allowed to age on the nibs for 10 days, to pick up the dark chocolate character.

    All things awesome collide in one pint glass with this collaborative Villa Myriam Coffee Pale Stout. It has all the traits of an awesome coffee beer, harkening Buzz Beer of the 90’s tv hit The Drew Carey Show. The sweet notes of coffee in the flavor profile come to life with the support of a subdued sting of carbonation resulting in a medium bodied, pleasant mouthfeel for a lovely overall drinking sensation.  See if you can detect the subtle balance of pale maltiness on the back of the tongue. We find this brew spectacular and as tempting at 8am as it is at 5pm.

    We collaborated with Immastar Productions to bring you this delicious pale. 44 pounds of El Dorado hops give it a delightfully bitter flavor. Enjoy the crisp clean color, the white “snowy” head and a whole lot of flavor that will pair perfectly with your favorite green chile stew.
