What’s On Tap at Wells Park

  • Hops On The Vine
    Almanac IPA
    ABV 7.0 IBU 78
    Available in Cans

It’s all about the balance with this brilliant golden IPA.

Pours with a frothy white head that is accompanied by a pleasant hop aroma which has hints of pine and fresh lemon.

An excellent blend of northwestern hops and a touch of biscuit malt give Almanac IPA a refined bitter finish which is dry, refreshing, and very easy to drink.

  • Barley
    Barrel Aged Barley Wine
    ABV 11.7 IBU 65

Rich in color, aroma and flavor, this barrel aged barley wine has a robust mouth-feel with layers of sweet fruit, citrus and a warming finish. It is an intense barley experience that can be enjoyed by itself or paired with your favorite dark chocolate for dessert.

  • Blueberries
    Berry Cider
    ABV 7.0 IBU 0

We start with the juice from the same apples we use for our Hard Apple Cider and add a hundred pounds of fresh berries. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries in this favorite cider and a tart berry flavor that is refreshing and crisp. Our berry cider usually packs a punch at 7.0 ABV, but is deceivingly light in body and taste.

We serve it in a 12 oz goblet so you can appreciate the fresh berry and apple aroma and the beautiful color. Perfect on a summer day and a great alternative to our fantastic beer varieties.

  • Big Sipper IPA
    Big Sipper IPA
    ABV 5.8 IBU 71

Go BIG with your “sipping sessions,” when sitting down with this IPA. It’s copper in color, and kissed with an aroma of citrus & pine. The Big Sipper packs a punch to your palate thanks to its Simcoe hops, and provides a good finish courtesy of the Citra and Chinook hops included in the brew – we call it the Big Sipper, you’ll simply call it “GOOD!”

  • Route 66
    Cerveza New Mexican Lager
    ABV 5.6 IBU 23

Our version of the Vienna Lager is a bit stronger and just tad bit more bitter than traditional Mexican Lagers, I guess that’s just the New Mexican in us.

Somewhere between American (bit more bitterness), European (which tends to be on the sweet side), and Mexican (characteristically light), our Mexican Lager “Cerveza” is a smooth and malty lager that goes easy on the bitterness and finishes slightly dry.

This beer has a light yet rich roasted malt aroma that hits your senses, accompanied by a complex taste that finishes clean and refreshing. This is a “new” Mexican Lager.

  • Chiapas Amber Lager
    Chiapas Amber Lager
    ABV 4.9 IBU 23

Smooth & easy-drinking lager with toasty malt qualities balanced with European hops. The name harkening the 25-million year0-old fossilized resin found in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas. The amber from this region is famous for inclusions of prehistoric insects (think Jurassic Park!) and, arguably more profoundly, was offered by ancient Maya as tribute to the Aztecs. Drink this in libation to both the sacred and the nerdy in us all!

  • Cowboy
    Cowboy Coffee Nitro
    ABV 5.6 IBU 25

All things awesome collide in one pint glass with this collaborative Villa Myriam Coffee Pale Stout. It has all the traits of an awesome coffee beer, and now that it’s tapped with nitrogen gas it’s just plain dreamy.

Enjoy your first few moments with this bevvie by simply watching the mesmerizing cascading effect of the microscopic nitro bubbles as your beer settles with a fluffy, meringue-like tan head. The allure of nitrogen is exemplified by the sweet coffee/roasty flavor profile coming to life with the support of a subdued sting of carbonation resulting also in an elegant, creamy mouthfeel.

See if you can detect the subtle balance of pale maltiness on the back of the tongue. We find this brew spectacular and as tempting at 8am as it is at 5pm.

  • Hops With Tractor
    Dank Johnson DIPA
    ABV 8.4 IBU 98

Deep earthy hop aroma has notes of an herbal quality. A moderately sweet hint of baked bread supporting aroma.

A reddish copper colored beer that’s brilliantly clear with bronze highlights, it’s head is short with dense bright white foam and leaves light lacing. Prominent herbal hop flavor dominates with deep complexity of earthy and spicy notes.

Finishes slightly sweet with a lingering bitterness that’s likely to stay. Moderate carbonation and medium body with subtle alcohol warmth and slight puckering from hop additions.

  • Red Apples
    Delicious Red Apple Cider
    ABV 6.9
    Available in Cans

Synchronized flavors and carbonation cultivate the palate without the effect of tongue fatigue. Whether sitting, standing, hitching or pulling, this toe tapping cider won’t wear wobbly.

Some secrets of its stamina are known, more become apparent when you see and try it for yourself. Even if you’ve been drinking ciders for as long as we have, there’s a fresh new thrill wating for you. It is tastier, smoother, more golden in color, and more flavorful than anything else in its class.

    It’s good to the core!

  • Piano
    Ebony & Ivory Pale Stout
    ABV 5.5 IBU 25
