  • Hops On The Vine
    Almanac IPA
    ABV 7.0 IBU 78
    Available in Cans

It’s all about the balance with this brilliant golden IPA.

Pours with a frothy white head that is accompanied by a pleasant hop aroma which has hints of pine and fresh lemon.

An excellent blend of northwestern hops and a touch of biscuit malt give Almanac IPA a refined bitter finish which is dry, refreshing, and very easy to drink.

  • Apricot Wheat
    Apricot Wheat
    ABV: 6.0 IBU: 14

A slight sweet fruit flavor which slowly fades to a pleasant tartness that compliments the bready malt flavor of this full bodied wheat beer. Similar to biting into a fresh apricot this beer is velvety soft with subtle sweet and tangy flavors.

  • Blueberries
    Berry Cider
    ABV 7.0 IBU 0

We start with the juice from the same apples we use for our Hard Apple Cider and add a hundred pounds of fresh berries. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries in this favorite cider and a tart berry flavor that is refreshing and crisp. Our berry cider usually packs a punch at 7.0 ABV, but is deceivingly light in body and taste.

We serve it in a 12 oz goblet so you can appreciate the fresh berry and apple aroma and the beautiful color. Perfect on a summer day and a great alternative to our fantastic beer varieties.

  • Big Sipper IPA
    ABV 5.8 IBU 71

Go BIG with your “sipping sessions,” when sitting down with this IPA. It’s copper in color, and kissed with an aroma of citrus & pine. The Big Sipper packs a punch to your palate thanks to its Simcoe hops, and provides a good finish courtesy of the Citra and Chinook hops included in the brew – we call it the Big Sipper, you’ll simply call it “GOOD!”

  • Choco M Stout
    Chocolate Milk Stout
    ABV 5.7 IBUs 20

Dark chocolate color and a crisp light tan head compliment the malty, vanilla chocolate aroma that you will notice immediately. The beginning notes of vanilla transition to chocolate cocoa notes & a roasted malty finish. This stout is brewed with a variety of dark malts and lactose sugar which is added at the end of the brewing process. Whole cocoa nibs are added to the fermenter at the end of fermentation & the beer is allowed to age on the nibs for 10 days, to pick up the dark chocolate character.

  • Cucumber Gose
    Cucumber Gose
    ABV: 4.8% IBUs: 10

Named for its origin on the Gose River in Eastern Germany, this historical style dates back to the Middle-Ages, our homage to beers of another time. Whereas traditionally this may have been blended with additives like herbed liqueur, our rendition calls for cucumber, a perfect late summer flourish of flavor. Tart and sweet with a hint of melon, the back end is crisp and refreshing, a bright beverage for a sunny summer afternoon.

  • Red Apples
    Delicious Red Apple Cider
    ABV 6.9
    Available in Cans

Synchronized flavors and carbonation cultivate the palate without the effect of tongue fatigue. Whether sitting, standing, hitching or pulling, this toe tapping cider won’t wear wobbly.

Some secrets of its stamina are known, more become apparent when you see and try it for yourself. Even if you’ve been drinking ciders for as long as we have, there’s a fresh new thrill wating for you. It is tastier, smoother, more golden in color, and more flavorful than anything else in its class.

    It’s good to the core!

  • Oat Field
    Double Plow Oatmeal Stout
    ABV 5.8 IBU 27

Taste the naturally rich flavor of the earth in this thiCk malty beer with chocolate and dark roast malts, farm fresh rolled oats and all natural ingredients. Full bodied with a finish on the drier side of the palate.

  • Red Ale
    Farmer's Tan Red Ale
    ABV 6.0 IBU 31

Big, rich and malty, was designed to bring forward bold candy flavors that mingle with slight notes of earthy hops. Pour yourself one of these deep amber ales and let your senses enjoy the aroma of toasted caramel malt that finishes slightly sweet and unbelievably delicious.

  • Flanders Red Ale
    ABV: 6.4% IBU: 9

Fermented in 8 red wine barrels with saccharomyces (yeast), lactobacillus, brettanomyces, and pediococcus,  this beer was left alone for one year  and then blended to perfection to create the complex fruity and sour flavors that dominate your palate.

  • Hay Maker Wheat Beer
    Hay Maker Honey Wheat

  • Mustachio Stout Can
    Milk Mustachio Stout
    ABV 5.1 IBU 26.2

  • Minute-4
    Minute-4
    ABV: 6.4 ABV: 26.5

Minute-4 is a lightly smoked lager in honor of the Carlsbad Fire Department’s world-record setting Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge. An homage to those that run to danger, this classic style has an aged wood character with a smooth warmth that finishes with a faintly sweet aftertaste. Rarely are smoked beers more than a novelty, yet this is one to drink in celebration, in remembrance, or for no occasion at all. Common yet rare, uncommon men accomplishing incredible things, here’s to you gentlemen.

  • New Mexican Lager
    ABV 5.6 IBU 23

Somewhere between brazenly bold and enchantingly sweet, this New Mexican Lager is neither American nor Mexican. This crisp brew has a lacy white head and delightful golden hue to match the sunny state it homages. Well-balanced, deceptively complex, yet simple in finish; this is a lager you enjoy in any of the 4 gentle Zia seasons. Beban Profundamente Amigos!

  • Pilsner #15
    Pilsner #15
    ABV 5.8 IBU 34

An eerie coincidence of appearances by the number 15 in the original recipe led to our naming of Pilsner #15. Our flagship pilsner has a clear and light straw body, complimented by a white head and a noteworthy amount of lacing on your glass as it is consumed. You will notice sweet malty characteristics in the aroma as well as mild aromatics of noble hops, inviting you to enjoy this refreshing medium body beer – just don’t drink 15.

  • Scout Golden Ale
    Scout Golden Ale
    ABV: 5.1 IBU: 18

Uniquely American in its hop-confident character, this refreshing Golden Ale will slide down your gullet. While giving you daring notes of biscuits and jam, it’s balanced enough to be called a light drinkable lager. A novel thought that’s arousing in execution, it retains a proportional finish that is simply golden.

  • Farmer Tractor Sod Buster
    Sod Buster Pale Ale
    ABV 6.5 IBU 35

An American pale ale straight off the beer farm.

A hoppy aroma, golden color and high hop flavor make it a favorite of pale ale drinkers everywhere. Packed full of Eldorado and Cascade hops.

It is refreshing and hoppy with a great malt flavor too.

  • Tangelo
    Tangelo IPA
    ABV 5.6 IBU 87

Inspired by the delicious hybrid fruit the tangelo, which is the marriage of the tangerine and the pomelo, this hybrid IPA has to be our smoothest ever. Riding the line between sweet mandarin tangerines and tart ruby red grapefruits, this IPA speaks with its balanced bitterness and whispers with its refreshing taste of citrus. An ode to fruity IPAs everywhere, this is one that a first time pale drinker can enjoy while the hop-head can take a vacation with.

  • Traktoberfest
    Traktoberfest
    ABV 5.5 IBU 24

A German Oktoberfest-style lager, the Märzen was historically  brewed in March (hence the name) and lagered in cold caves throughout the summer. German malts and Noble hops are brewed to produce this copper colored, medium bodied bev with hints of toasted malt.
