  • American Wild Ale Icon Cropped
    American Wild Ale Barrel Sour
    ABV 5.8 IBU 9

Tart and fruity aroma sets the stage for an assertive mixed-fermentation flavor, common to those malty sour ales aged in red wine barrels. Red and black raspberry sweetness keeps the warm sour character from dominating. While not traditionally approachable this sour can be appreciated by beginner and aficionados alike.

  • Belgo-American
    Belgo American Pale Ale
    ABV 5.0 IBU 57

The result when Belgian yeast meets American hopping methods is the Belgo American Pale Ale. Rich English Malt (Maris Otter) supports a full spicy hop flavor in a refreshing balance rarely experienced. The subtle citrus and zesty notes from the yeast pair well with the always memorable Cascade hop bitterness. An upbeat version of a classic American style that is the perfect compliment this Autumn.

Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries in this favorite cider and a tart berry flavor that is refreshing and crisp. Our berry cider usually packs a punch at 7.0 ABV, but is deceivingly light in body and taste.

    Chocolate Milk Stout
    ABV 5.7 IBUs 20

Dark chocolate color and a crisp light tan head compliment the malty, vanilla chocolate aroma that you will notice immediately. The beginning notes of vanilla transition to chocolate cocoa notes & a roasted malty finish. This stout is brewed with a variety of dark malts and lactose sugar which is added at the end of the brewing process. Whole cocoa nibs are added to the fermenter at the end of fermentation & the beer is allowed to age on the nibs for 10 days, to pick up the dark chocolate character.

  • Explora G&T Cider

The pairing of lemon peel and ginger is harmonious in both flavor and aroma. A deliciously hazy cider is refreshingly crisp and leaves a pleasant ginger aftertaste. After 3 years of aging in cabernet oak barrels we decided to take the edge off the sour by blending it with a young oatmeal stout to better balance the sour and bring forward more malt character. The barrel aging process has produced sherry like qualities that balance well with notes of black cherry, chocolate and toffee. Both sweet and sour this blended ale creates a complex mouth experience that is a surprise every time.

  • Pete's Porter Icon Crpped Inverse
    Pete’s Pre-Prohibition Porter
    ABV 4.0 IBU 28

Originally brewed commercially in Philadelphia and endorsed by George Washington, Pre-Prohibition Porter is a lost American style of beer steeped in our rich history and adventurous spirit. Generally speaking, this style is lighter in body & has a less assertive malt and hop flavor than a modern American Porter, while the fermentation character is cleaner than an English porter. On top of using less assertive malts, traditional malt could be scarce in that era, so other ingredients (aka “adjuncts”) more reasonably available were added such as sugar, molasses, corn, or really anything fermentable that could be found. Our brewer Peter Moore decided to recreate this sacred porter in his own style using traditional adjuncts brown sugar and corn, while also using a more traditional German Lager yeast and fermenting temperature rather than a standard American or English yeast. With a subtle yet clean burnt backend and dry finish this beautiful dark amber beer will take you back to the pioneering days of the West or the great industrial revolution of the North. Subtle yet bold with its raw chocolate and biscuit notes, this beautifully crafted beer has the rare ability to be enjoyed during any season.

  • Pilsner 15 icon
    Pilsner #15
    ABV 5.8 IBU 34

An eerie coincidence of appearances by the number 15 in the original recipe led to our naming of Pilsner #15. Our flagship pilsner has a clear and light straw body, complimented by a white head and a noteworthy amount of lacing on your glass as it is consumed. You will notice sweet malty characteristics in the aroma as well as mild aromatics of noble hops, inviting you to enjoy this refreshing medium body beer – just don’t drink 15.

  • Stein Wine
    ABV: 11 IBU:98

With firm floral notes and a pleasant piney-earthy aroma, this Barley wine boasts a complex malt flavor with a smooth plush hoppy
finish. The well balanced back end will leave you wondering if this precisely crafted American Barley wine is in fact 11 percent ABV. Be
careful, it’s drink ability is akin to that of a silky red ale. A perfect pairing with the fading light of the sunset its dark amber
appearance foreshadows the coming of spring while its taste lingers in the coldest of winter days.

  • Tupac Cali Red Icon
    Tupac Cali Red
    ABV:6 % IBU:70

Named for its renegade style and California roots, this is a doubly hopped version of our Farmer’s Tan Red Ale, which we began brewing with the popularity of an Almanac & Farmer’s Tan cocktail (known to regulars as a ‘Red Eye’). This Cali Red Ale has a hoppy aroma and slight bitter flavor that blends exceptionally well with the caramel and malty goodness of a quality red ale. For those who like unique balance and an abundance of flavor, cheers to the coast with the most.
