    Berry Cider now has a new look and more true to style taste! The new aroma lends authentic mixed berry character similar to fresh pressed red raspberry, blueberry and blackberry juice. With subtle notes of apple cider, this new recipe allows berry flavors to stand on their own. It finishes pleasantly crisp with lingering notes of fresh picked berries. Berry Cider has a new color and is better than ever.

    Imagine fresh squeezed hop juice added to an already balanced IPA. This double dry hopped IPA packs huge hop flavor and aroma without added bitterness. Clean malt backbone balances bitterness and finishes slightly dry with a decidedly floral hoppy aftertaste. With thirst quenching citrus hop flavor this IS your summer IPA.

    Dark chocolate color and a crisp light tan head compliment the malty, vanilla chocolate aroma that you will notice immediately. The beginning notes of vanilla transition to chocolate cocoa notes & a roasted malty finish. This stout is brewed with a variety of dark malts and lactose sugar which is added at the end of the brewing process. Whole cocoa nibs are added to the fermenter at the end of fermentation & the beer is allowed to age on the nibs for 10 days, to pick up the dark chocolate character.

    Our Delicious Golden Dry Cider starts with apples from Washington state and is then fermented with Champagne yeast. Not as sweet as its relatives, this is a mature cider that has been allowed to develop and gain complex flavor all while retaining a mild apple flavor in the finish. Suggested Food Pairings: Blue/Muenster Cheese, Rib Eye Steak, Pork Belly, Caramelized Pear and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

    We call this one Godzilla IPA because like the Saharan Sandstorm “Godzilla” it is kicking up some haze. Dry hopped with four different hop varieties, this Hazy India Pale Ale is like biting into a juicy grapefruit picked from a tree. Golden and hazy in appearance with lemon aroma this is the perfect sipping IPA to holding in the center of the pool while scenes from the Matthew Broderick classic. Lots of citrus hop flavor with just a hint of bitterness makes this the perfect thirst quencher for those hot summer days!

    Our entry in this years New Mexico IPA Challenge,
    we call this one Kingzilla Hazy IPA because we doubled up on the hops but kept the same recipe of our Godzilla Hazy IPA. Double dry hopped with four different hop varieties, this Hazy India Pale Ale is like biting into a several juicy grapefruits at once. Double the citrus hop flavor with just a hint of bitterness makes this brew the perfect big brother to the Godzilla IPA. Move over because this one is the king of hop.

    An eerie coincidence of appearances by the number 15 in the original recipe led to our naming of Pilsner #15. Our flagship pilsner has a clear and light straw body, complimented by a white head and a noteworthy amount of lacing on your glass as it is consumed. You will notice sweet malty characteristics in the aroma as well as mild aromatics of noble hops, inviting you to enjoy this refreshing medium body beer – just don’t drink 15.

    A German Oktoberfest-style lager, the Märzen was historically  brewed in March (hence the name) and lagered in cold caves throughout the summer. German malts and Noble hops are brewed to produce this copper colored, medium bodied bev with hints of toasted malt.

    Turkey Drool is a brown style ale with a variety of complex flavors. Sour mahlab cherry pits, which have been used for centuries in the Middle East, provide notes of cherry. A blend of Mexican spices brings out a hint of mint and fresh vanilla finally brings it all together. Turkey Drool was featured in Extreme Brewing, A Deluxe Edition with 14 New Homebrew Recipes by Sam Calagione in which it states “Taste Turkey Drool once and be a fan forever.”
