Our Red Ember IPA is a bold and vibrant beer that lights up the chill of winter with its fiery red hue and perfectly balanced flavors. This Red IPA blends the warmth of rich malts with the crisp, citrusy bite of hops, creating a brew that’s both comforting and invigorating.At first pour, Red Ember boasts a deep amber glow with a creamy off-white head, inviting you in with aromas of caramel, toasted bread, and hints of orange zest and pine. The flavor follows with layers of caramel sweetness, subtle roasted notes, and a hint of dried fruit from the specialty malts. Balanced against this malt backbone is an assertive hop character, featuring Centennial, Cascade, and Amarillo hops, which bring bold flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, and a touch of floral earthiness.

Fermented with Edinburgh Scotch ale yeast and brewed with a hundred pounds of smoked malt, big flavors from smoke and caramel malts make this a pleasure for the palate. A rich burgundy color and subtle flavors of bacon, caramel and smoke are all balanced by slightly earthy and hoppy characteristics.

The NMPBS team put together this lovely, hop-forward Golden Ale featuring the 8th Annual Pink Boots Blend, which consists of Krush™, Simcoe®, Mosaic®, and Chinook A solid grain bill of 2-row barley with modest amounts of Vienna and White Wheat malts was used.
