Turkey Drool is a brown style ale with a variety of complex flavors. Sour mahlab cherry pits, which have been used for centuries in the Middle East, provide notes of cherry. A blend of Mexican spices brings out a hint of mint and fresh vanilla finally brings it all together. Turkey Drool was featured in Extreme Brewing, A Deluxe Edition with 14 New Homebrew Recipes by Sam Calagione in which it states “Taste Turkey Drool once and be a fan forever.”
