Named for our distaste of goatheads, whether in bike tires, puppy paws or gardening hands, with a play on the historically required “ador” ending of doppelbock names. This reserve beer has been aging happily since the spring. Doppelbocks are traditionally stronger than single bock beers in flavor depth. A Bavarian specialty first brewed by Munich monks and revered as a staple beverage, thus it was lovingly referred to as “liquid bread.”
