A full flavored Brett fermented IPA with a hint of tartness. Its aroma is strong of tropical and citrus hops with hints of lemon. The flavor mimics the aroma but has a noticeable bitterness and pronounced hop flavor (citrus and tropical). The tartness of the aftertaste leaves your mouth watering for more. This beer has been aging for nearly 2 years, allowing time for flavors to develop and brett fermentation is complete.
