What happens when you ferment malt/wort and apple juice together with ale yeast? Results may vary, but in our case the combination produced an ale dominated by fruity esters, a hint of malt and a dry finish! To accentuate the fruity notes we added peaches, cranberries, blueberries and a splash of lime to create a tart and fruity apple ale. Cheers!
