We sourced the coffee from local roaster Oval Dogs Coffee out of Rio Ranch. The cold brew concentrate they made for us was with their Guatemalan and Peruvian beans, which make for an exquisite blend that complements our beer to the fullest degree. Deceptively refreshing, she shoots from the hip and lassos your taste-buds with the subtle sweetness of her smirk.
